ABOUT LONGS PEAK FIDUCIARY SERVICES
Long’s Peak Fiduciary Services LLC was formed in conjunction with The Kapsak Law Firm, LLC to provide much needed fiduciary services that cannot be effectively addressed by the law firm. Our staff has served in a supervisory role for decades when it comes to fiduciary services. However, we quickly found that with increases in laws and regulations creating complex financial situations, technology allowing a higher feasibility of relocating further away from family members, and the growing need for an independent approach when it comes to finances, there was a dire void for those needing someone professional and independent to step in and effectively handle their financial needs. As such, Long’s Peak Fiduciary Services, being backed with decades of experience, knowledge, and resources when it comes to fiduciary needs, was a logical solution to fill this void. With a plethora of established fiduciary connections such as CPAs, financial planners, and tax advisors, we are confident that we have the knowledge and resources to handle all of your fiduciary needs. We understand that each financial situation is unique and are excited to tailor our support to your specific situation.
​​Joshua Lowenguth
Josh Lowenguth has been a paralegal and office manager for The Kapsak Law Firm, LLC since 2011. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Management from Westwood College in 2015 and looks forward to continuing his education with the pursuit of a law degree. A native Coloradan, community has always been his passion. Josh has volunteered with many local non-profits including Habitat for Humanity, Colorado Reptile Humane Society, and currently, the Longmont Humane Society where he has volunteered for over ten years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to fiduciary services with his business background and experience in elder law and estate planning.
​​Daniel P. Kapsak
Daniel P. Kapsak is a native of Long Island, New York. He is licensed to practice law before the Colorado State Bar, and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Mr. Kapsak earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Relations from St. Joseph's College in New York, holds a Bachelor of Sacred Theology Degree and a Master of Divinity Degree from Loyola University, Chicago, and received his Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska.

John Estes is a native of Phoenix, Arizona. He is a graduate of Regis University in Denver with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mathematics and International Business. He earned membership in the Jesuit Honor Society and was the recipient of the Joseph A. Ryan Award for excellence in Business Administration. Mr. Estes is licensed to practice law before the Colorado State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
